Mr. Hayes has experience in site planning and the design of site grading and stormwater management systems. His design experience includes hydrologic analysis of stormwater management systems and preparation of Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). He also has experience in National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Stormwater Construction Compliance Inspection, permitting, and the development of construction plans and construction documentation. His field experiences include site inspection, methane and outfall sampling, and compaction testing.

BIOGRAPHY

As a graduate from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Hayes has focused on the site development, stormwater, and compliance realm. Mr. Hayes has experience in site planning and design of stormwater management systems, which includes preparation of site plans, grading plans and erosion and sedimentation control plans for land disturbance, roadway encroachment and utility permitting in North and South Carolina. Mr. Hayes has also performed site inspections at landfill sites to ensure compliance with NPDES stormwater discharge regulations. Additionally, he has created hydrologic models and performed hydrologic analysis of existing and proposed stormwater management systems to ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal Regulations.
