BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Rue has experience in environmental data collection and analysis and has worked in a variety of environments ranging from wetlands to tropical settings. He is well versed in water and soil quality monitoring parameters and protocols. Mr. Rue holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Anderson University. He has continued to pursue his passion for the environment through volunteering with South Carolina Adopt-A-Stream, a program that creates watershed stewardship through education.
