Spencer W. Hollomon, P.E. Earns his Professional Engineering License
Smith+Gardner is pleased to announce that Spencer W. Hollomon, P.E., successfully completed the requirements for the North Carolina Professional Engineering license and was awarded his PE by the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Engineers and Surveyors. Mr. Hollomon’s successful completion of the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) PE and FE exams provides evidence of his ability to practice competently as a Civil Engineer.
Mr. Hollomon has experience in landfill permitting and design, construction bidding and administration, on-site construction quality assurance and preparation of CQA reports. He also has experience with civil site analysis, leachate collection system design, closed landfill inspection and waste characterization studies.
Mr. Hollomon earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University.
