Mr. Gardner has over 40 years’ experience at more than 200 facilities across the U.S. His work is primarily in solid waste engineering and related fields with a particular emphasis in siting, design, permitting, construction, operation, closure, and post-closure monitoring of solid waste management facilities including municipal, construction/demolition, industrial, and residual waste landfills. Mr. Gardner also specializes in environmental due diligence and forensic engineering services.
He is currently licensed to practice engineering in Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia.
Mr. Gardner holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
