BIOGRAPHY

Mr. Gulker joined S+G in 2024 and specializes in groundwater monitoring and assessment, compliance with groundwater and landfill gas regulations, soil logging, and various geological services. He is on track to complete his M.S. in Water Resources at the University of New Mexico in 2025, focusing his Master’s project on the effectiveness of asset management systems in water resources.

Before joining S+G, he worked with the Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Water Utility Authority in the Asset Management Department, where he managed data for pump stations and treatment plants and conducted asset assessments for valves, meters, and other equipment.

Mr. Gulker has a solid background in environmental data monitoring, collection, analysis, field testing, sampling, and compliance reporting. He is knowledgeable about North Carolina’s groundwater quality monitoring parameters and collection protocols.

Currently, his work centers on environmental monitoring and compliance of groundwater at both open and closed solid waste facilities.  In addition to fieldwork, he contributes to data analysis and report preparation for a variety of projects.
